Composed of a bespoke 6-grain mash bill, Dettling Cask Strength is aged a minimum of 4 years in hand-selected new American oak #3 char barrels. Notably, during the originally aging process, the first barrel leaked too much which required a second barreling - making this particular release a double-oaked bourbon.
